It is commonly known in the theatre circles that students are not the most well-off but a responsive and active part of the audience. There is always a lot of young faces in NOVAT and this is extremely important because only frequent attendance of theatres forms the new generation of theatre enthusiasts. Students are the part of the audience that brings influence on the future of the Theatre, and undoubtedly they have a right to certain privileges.
Student Wednesdays programme launched at NOVAT last year, will be proceeded in the upcoming year. The Nutcracker ballet will become the first “students’” performance of 2017. It will be performed on January 25, Tatiana Day. The cycle will be followed up by The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Don Quixote, Romeo and Juliet ballets, as well as Carmen and La Boheme operas.
The ticket price for any seat on Student Wednesdays will be RUR 500. Tickets can be purchased at the box office of the Theatre upon presentation of a student card or an ISIC card. We are looking forward to welcoming you in NOVAT!
