Alexey Laushkin graduated from the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M. Glinka (class of the People’s Artist of Russia A. Levitsky, 2003).
Since 2000, he has been in the Company of the Novosibirsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre. On the stage of the theatre, he performed the following parts: Malyuta Skuratov (The Tsar's Bride by Rimsky-Korsakov), Steward. Priest. Old Convict (Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk by Shostakovich), Zemlyanika (The Government Inspector by Dashkevich, world premiere), Kuligin (Katya Kabanova by Janacek), Wagner (Faust by Gounod), Sparafucile (Rigoletto by Verdi), solo part in the oratorio Jeanne d'Arc au bûcher by Honegger, Sir James (The Canterville Ghost by Molchanov, world premiere), Simone (Gianni Schicchi by Puccini), and others.
